My mission is to bring you exciting New Zealand Made fashion, gifts, art, jewellery and accessories.
I have added a selected range of imported pieces in all categories, to give you even more choice, while I strive to maintain that the majority of our designer pieces are made in New Zealand.
I have been involved in the fashion and jewellery industrys in New Zealand for many years and was first introduced to retail by my Mum when I was just three years old!
I enjoy the personal contact working in a retail store provides for customers and myself, and aim to give excellent unobtrusive service to every customer who comes through the door -or website.
The Paua Room started life as a very tiny ‘iti paua’, and having outgrown several premises in Helensville now occupies a wonderful building at the entrance to Helensville ‘main street’. This former library, restaurant and night club has been completely transformed into a special haven for those who love beauty. The Art of Yoga studio adjoining the store also adds to the atmosphere, and products and services available here.
